By using KA Matrimony, you agree to these terms. The service is currently a product preview; some features (messages, payments, live verification) may be incomplete or simulated.

Eligibility

You must meet the applicable legal age to enter a marriage under Indian law. Under the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 (PCMA), a “child” is defined as: (i) a male who has not completed 21 years of age, and (ii) a female who has not completed 18 years of age. You agree that you will only create or maintain a profile if you are not within the PCMA definition of “child” for your own gender.

You confirm that the age and related information you submit is accurate. If you provide inaccurate or misleading age information, your account may be restricted or removed, and you agree that you are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not harass other members, post false or unlawful content, scrape profiles, attempt to bypass security, or use the platform for commercial spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Profiles & matches

KA Matrimony is a facilitation platform. We do not guarantee matches, marriages, or the accuracy of every member claim until verification workflows are fully live. Always exercise personal judgment.

Premium & payments

Premium pricing shown in the UI is illustrative until a payment provider is connected. No charges are processed through this preview unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KA Matrimony is not liable for disputes between members, offline meetings, or third-party services. The preview is provided “as is”.

You understand that KA Matrimony is not a legal service and does not verify each member’s age beyond the verification workflows made available through the product. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your profile information (including age and gender) and any resulting interactions comply with applicable laws, including the PCMA.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KA Matrimony and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your provision of inaccurate or misleading information (including age and gender eligibility); (c) your violation of applicable laws; or (d) your use of the Services in a manner that causes harm to other members or third parties.

Grievances & Reporting

If you believe a profile, message, or interaction violates these Terms or applicable law (including concerns related to age eligibility under the PCMA), please report it promptly using theContact page. We may investigate and take actions such as limiting access, suspending an account, or removing content, at our sole discretion.

You agree that KA Matrimony is not responsible for the actions of members and that reporting does not guarantee resolution, timing, or any specific outcome.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
